Cancellation policy
This policy explains how to cancel the auto-renewing purchase options (subscriptions) for DijiFlow Dictate — Pro.
Which plans renew
The Monthly, 6-month, and 12-month Pro plans are subscriptions: they renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. The Lifetime plan is a single one-time purchase — it is not a subscription and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time, before your next renewal date:
- From your account page on our website, or
- By emailing it@dijiflow.com with the email address or order number you used at checkout — we will switch off auto-renewal for you.
What happens after you cancel
Cancelling stops all future charges. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; after that the licence is not renewed and the app reverts to the Free tier, which is free forever. We do not charge you again. Cancelling a subscription does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period.
