Refund Policy
DijiFlow Pro comes with a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund. You can also run the full 30-day Pro trial before you pay anything. Here is how refunds and cancellations work.

Try full Pro for 30 days, no credit card. It reverts to Free automatically, so you can evaluate before you buy.
Back to Your Card
Approved refunds go to your original payment method within a few business days.
Cancel Anytime
Monthly and term plans can be set to stop renewing whenever you like. Email us and we will sort it.

Overview
DijiFlow Dictate — Pro is a digital product. When you buy a Pro plan you receive a licence to unlock Pro features in the app you have already downloaded. We want you to be happy with it, so every Pro purchase is covered by a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund. If anything is not right, email us at info@pitirtech.com and we will help.
Try before you buy: the free 30-day Pro trial needs no credit card and reverts to the free tier on its own. We recommend using it to confirm DijiFlow works the way you want before purchasing.

30-Day Refund
You can request a full refund on any Pro purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to all Pro plans: Monthly, 6 months, 12 months, and Lifetime.
Once a refund is approved, we return the amount to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Email us
Send an email to info@pitirtech.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your order number.
Tell us it's a refund
Let us know you would like a refund. A reason is optional and never required within the 30-day window.
We process it
We confirm your order and refund to your original payment method. The amount typically lands within a few business days.

Cancelling a Subscription
The Monthly and term plans (6 and 12 months) renew automatically at the end of each period. You can stop a plan from renewing at any time. After cancellation:
- Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- At the end of that period the licence is not renewed, and DijiFlow reverts to the free tier. No further charges are made.
To cancel a renewal, email info@pitirtech.com with your order number and we will switch off auto-renewal for you. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

Digital Product Notice
Because Pro is a digital licence rather than a physical item, there is nothing to ship back and nothing to return. A refund simply deactivates the Pro licence for your purchase. The DijiFlow app itself keeps working on the free tier, which is free forever.
A quick note on privacy: licence activation stores only a hash of your key and a hash of a hardware ID, locally on your computer. There is no server-side record of how you use the app. A refund removes the Pro entitlement; it does not collect or expose any usage data.

Governing Law
This refund policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. DijiFlow is sold by PITIR TECH, a trading name of Ninu Limited (UK).
